Information collected
When you submit the form, this experiment stores the first name, last name, and email address you provide, together with the submission time, the IP address associated with the request, and any parameters included in the page URL. A Base64-encoded JSON data parameter may also be decoded and stored in readable form.
How information is used
The information is used to operate and evaluate this form experiment. Submitting the form does not send your information to the Government of Thailand; the website redirects your browser to the official TDAC website so you can complete its separate process.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a local SQLite database controlled by the operator of this experiment. Information is retained until it is deleted by the operator or is no longer needed for the experiment.
Sharing
The experiment does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the website or its users, or to service providers needed to operate the experiment.
Security
Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no storage system or transmission method is completely secure. Do not submit information you are not comfortable providing.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit this form and instead visit the official TDAC website directly. Requests concerning stored submissions should be directed to the operator of this local experiment.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the experiment changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
